We are empowering youths (including those living in difficult conditions) to achieve self-reliance beginning at the age of 15 by offering important life skills focused on the following thematic areas:

- Good Health and Physical Well-being
- Social Empowerment
- Community Mobilization
- Economic Empowerment

PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES
Tanzanite Support Organization serves Tanzanian youths (including those living in hardship conditions) starting at the age of 15 years old.
Achieving Self-reliance Program
Since 2021, the Tanzanite Support Organization (TSO) has established and operated the Achieving Self-reliance program. The program developed out of a desire to empower youths living in difficult conditions. The program will last for five years, from 2024 to 2028.
GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
The program’s strategic goal is to provide services on the Tanzanian mainland, but for the time being, it serves youth living in difficult conditions in the Dar es Salaam Region, with plans to expand to other regions based on achieving a satisfactory level of service provision in the Dar es Salaam Region, the availability of resources, and recognizing the need for the service to youth living in difficult conditions in specific areas.

PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES

Natumia Maarifa Kuwa Huru Program
The Tanzanite Support Organization (TSO) has expanded its scope of service to Tanzanian youths by establishing and operating a new program called Ninatumia Maarifa Kuwa Huru, which will operate for five years, from 2024 to 2028.
GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
The program’s strategic goal is to provide services on the Tanzanian mainland, but for the time being, it serves youth in Government Secondary Schools and Universities in Dar es Salaam Region, with plans to expand to other regions based on achieving a satisfactory level of service provision in the Dar es Salaam Region, the availability of resources, and recognizing the need for the service to youth in Government Secondary Schools and Universities in specific areas.
